As a oversea property investor, now is good time to invest in UK property. UK property prices have dropped between 15% and 20% since 2007. Furthermore, the pound has weakened by about 25% compared with a year ago.

I have several UK investments, they are a hold for me, I love UK property and Im in good company with pension funds and Alan Sugar and some posh bloke who owns half of mayfair.

Fist i wan to thank for this Blog i am the owner of Turkey property company and i have also experience about the English property . After Financial Crisis of course the prices dropped all over the world but i am sure in 1 year will be the market better then before

I see that is posted in 2008 and the property market is worst than 2008 in UK. Does anyone has any prediction?

London property market will always perform well but other regions may not be so lucky.

Not low at all. UK property market is stable except of some handful areas that don’t get much capital growth, but in general is the safest you can get.
