    I spoke how the UK Housing was about to reach the “moment of realisation”. In other words: UK property has “run off the cliff” and is now set for a sharp drop. The moment of realisation was dead ahead, I said.

    Within 2-3 days of the interview, HBOS came out with its -2.5% drop for March. And the market woke up!
